The certification course will train individuals on how to work with homebuyers seeking to purchase with their available financing resources. Participants will learn about the different credit programs and their attributes. Students will learn how to integrate a borrower file and explain about prequalification, give loan estimates, calculate downpayments, and then follow through with explaning the titling process. Many other loan details will also be covered such as purchase contract terms, rules of use and regulations, subsidies, and Notario roles played.
This course will come in handy for those individuals or corporations wishing to tap into the huge & growing Mexican home buying market that automatically become qualified for these types of loans through their paycheck tax deductions.
Developers in San Carlos, Guaymas and across the country for years have already financed homes with this institution and continue to innovate their financing packages utilizing co-financing programs offered by Bancomer, Banamex, HSBC, GE Money and others. ( see full list )
In order to provide the public with higher customer service standards and take this industry to the next level, Infonavit has since late 2006 issued a certification requirement for all Loan Officers "Asesores de Credito". Since then over 7,000 individuals have been certified across the country, through the NTCL standards (Norma Tecnica de Competencia Laboral) that are regulated by CONOCER (Consejo de Normalización y Certificación.)
Recent policy, restricts non certified individuals from submitting loan applications as of July 2008 which has caused a flight of agents and developer staff to scramble for this course. Agents in Guaymas have had to travel to Hermosillo and even Nogales to take take this course and now for the first time AMPI will be making it available here locally.

The Guaymas San Carlos local AMPI Real Estate Board owns and operates it´s own Real Estate Academy or Institute, in fulfilment of our Education & Investigative Vision outlined within our National and Local Statutes therein expanding the traditional roles that Real Estate Associations play in society. As an external training agent legally registered to impart courses, conduct Continuing Education, host workshops and a myriad of other academic offerings - we cater to our members needs by conducting Educational surveys, promoting Education Workshop Committee´s and even provide Scholarships. Our Registry No. AMP071207DB9-0013 with the Mexican Federal Labor Board and Social Prevision Secretariat, Training Direction ( http://www.stps.gob.mx/ ) has amplified the means of achieving our Educational Goals and will enhance our standards in the months and years to come.

Blanca Delia Gonzalez Tirado, Certified Instructor whom designs and hosts training courses according to NTCL standards (Norma Tecnica de Competencia Laboral) that are regulated by CONOCER (Consejo de Normalización y Certificación. She is certified with CONOCER and presently also Coordinates the Business Development Center at ITSON Empalme campus.
